Just like partnering with an architect, we’ll work with you to understand and design your business process.  The completed deliverable is the blueprint; a document that gives a clear, concise, complete, and thorough overview of the solution.

Project Scope
Also designed through this process is the “construction documents”, which clearly define the specifications of the solution.  We’ll design what you need, document all aspects of it, and give it to you.  We can then complete the process by constructing and implementing the solution, or you can build or construct it on your own.

Discovery Phase
We’ll do a discovery or requirements phase first to make sure everyone best understands the needs, and then we’ll give you a cost estimate to construct it.

Project Plan
We organize the development process based on a very specialized and thorough work plan that we customize for each application.
